Reasons Why You Should Watch Khloe Kardashian Revenge Body

Did you know that the most popular New Year Resolution is weight loss? Well, Khloe Kardashian has taken her New Year’s Resolution and turned it into a lifestyle, by hosting a transformational weight loss show, Revenge Body on E! News.  Throughout Khloe’s life, individuals have always viewed her as the “fat sister.” However, once she started working out, eating right, and focusing on herself, she became the most natural and relatable Kardashian out of the bunch.

According to Bustle, Khloe’s mission is to start helping others in transforming their look by hooking up the participants with her favorite Hollywood trainers and glam experts to turn their lives around and block out the haters.

Now let’s get real. Weight loss could be hard and getting into a workout routine is even more difficult. Although, Khloe believes retaliation against someone could become the best motivator. Malicious? Yes. Do I think she’s right? Heck Yes. Yet, many media publications have come out and said this reality show mission is an unhealthy way to lose weight.

“For me, my revenge is for everybody who called me fat and ugly… every piece of (crap) that comes our way in my family, and how we handle them. It shows how strong I am mentally,” Khloe told USA Today.

Now, I challenge everyone to think about that special someone who once bullied you or even made an offensive remark to you and tell me that you wouldn’t want to prove them wrong. Trust me on this one, Khloe’s workout tip just might be the new way people should approach their New Year’s Resolution. So, here are five reasons why you should watch Khloe Kardashian’s Revenge Body.

1. It will motivate you to workout

When I first started watching Revenge Body, it was after the holidays, (reruns, as new season starts tonight) and all I wanted to do was be a couch potato and just hang out. Though, when I heard the contestants story and how people discouraged them during their weight gain, it motivated me to get up and hit the gym right away.

2. How to maintain a balanced diet

A balanced diet is a way of eating that allows somebody to consume all the nutrients they need from a wide range of foods. Therefore, throughout the participant’s weight loss journey, Khloe educates them on how balancing a nutritious diet can lead to a healthy lifestyle. First, one should write a meal plan, start a food journal, prep balanced meals, and eat food from all five food groups.

3. You can learn new workouts

Personally, when I hit the gym, I stick to cardio and call it a day (usually). Although, after I watched Khloe Kardashian’s Revenge Body I had an assortment of exercises I could try out. You can download her official app with fitness tutorials to test it out yourself.

4. Knowing that confidence is key

Throughout the show, Khloe and the personal trainers stress how the participants must have faith in themselves before and during their weight loss journey. This confidence advice also goes out to everyone trying to achieve their New Year’s resolutions.

5. Know each journey is valuable

Whether the participants lost 40 or 20 pounds, Khloe and her glam team make them feel like rock stars. She teaches them how to process things in a healthier way and that making healthy choices and living a fit life will allow them to maintain their “revenge body.”
