EXCLUSIVE: Clare Crawley Speaks Out About Yosef In Private Instagram DMs

Who runs the world? Girls!

We may not have the Bachelor mansion or extravagant dates this season, but we do, in fact, have a Bachelorette that brings a whole new dynamic and form of woman empowerment to our TV screen every week. At the beginning of Tuesday night’s episode of “The Bachelorette,” Clare Crawley was verbally attacked by contestant Yosef Aborady.

Aborady, brought his concerns about the “strip dodgeball” group date to Clare’s attention. However, the conversation took a sudden turn, and red flags went flying. The villain of the season quickly started to critique her behavior and character, “classless,” “Immature,”  “unfit to be a mother” were just some of the words he used to describe this season’s leading lady.

“I’m ashamed to be associated with you,” he said. Although Clare appeared to be visibly distraught, Clare interrupted, stood her ground and sent him home right away. That’s not all; during the one-on-one, Zach J. grabbed the back of Clare’s neck to pull her in for a kiss. After the awkward interaction, Clare escaped the scene and told the cameras, “Zach just made me feel extremely uncomfortable,” she says. “That kind of triggers me, and kind of scared me.” Without hesitation, Crawley imminently put her safety and herself before production and sent him home as well.

While you might be thinking to yourself, “Is Clare acting for the cameras?” The answer is no.

In an exclusive “Talking At Tiffany’s” podcast interview, Carly Hammond,  a TikTok user who went viral for exposing contestant Yosef Aborady’s bad character, shared Instagram messages between Bachelorette Clare Crawley with podcast host Tiffany Goldstein.

Hammond and Aborady were in an intimate relationship with one another after he left “The Bachelorette. ” The woman empowerment messages read:

“I just wanted to say Thank you, and I have so much respect for you because you stood up to Yosef,” Hammond says. “Him and I have been talking, and he painted himself as someone he’s totally not and said that he really isn’t a villain like the show will make him seem. Last night he showed his true colors, and I just went through something with him.”

The TikTok user goes on to thank Crawley for sticking up for herself against Yosef during promos because it encouraged her to use her voice, be brave, and to take a stand against an unhealthy relationship with the same man who tried to tear her down on national TV.

Clare Crawley came in hot with a surprising dm, revealing insider information about Yosef while filming, and of course, cheering on Carly for being a strong woman. “Trust me… the show makes him look not even half as bad as he really was to me. Proud of you for being a strong woman. ”

Hammond goes on to share information about an explicit video that was accidentally sent to her by Yosef after spending a weekend together in sunny Florida, talking about marriage, children, and more. The disturbing and inappropriate video was not meant for her eyes and ears. So, in #girlboss Clare Crawly fashion, she unfriended and blocked him on every form of social media. Ever since the viral video took off, Aborady reached out with a surface-level apology.

The TikTok user warned Clare to buckle up and get ready for the reunion because allegedly, “if he’s there, he’s coming in hot.”

While we might only have a few more episodes left with Clare Crawley as our season 16 Bachelorette, let’s honor and appreciate the maturity, girl power, and respect that she has for herself and other women on and off the screen. This is the 2020 energy we need in the world.
