1. Laura Mercier: Extreme Neutrals Eye Palette$58
If you are anything like me, you are completely loyal to your everyday eyeshadow palette. Like everyone else, I jumped on the Urban Decay Naked Palette bandwagon years ago. However, recently I decided to change it up with Laura Mercier: Extreme Neutrals Eye Palette and it changed my entire makeup routine. When shopping for a new palette, I was on the hunt for a set that included neutral shades. As a brown eyed girl, most colors work well. Although, light-colored shades like salmon, bronzy gold, and brown really accentuates my eyes. When using this awesome palette, I blended a dash of black shadow to add a touch of intensity! So, I am here to tell you that you can wear neutral color shadows absolutely EVERYWHERE. From your everyday office look to running errands, and lastly, test out your smokey eye skills to top off your going out look.
2. KKW Beauty: Powder Contour & Highlight Palettes $44
My sister Marie noticed my obsession for contouring last Christmas. So, she surprised me with the KKW Beauty: Powder Contour & Highlight Palette and ever since, I have been obsessed! While I loved my M.A.C. clay contouring products, I had to test out my girl Kim K’s kit and see what the fuss was all about for myself. The kit consists of soft and subtle powders, that leaves my cheekbones flawless and looking defined. The hot sand powder can be used as a highlighter and adds an awesome touch if you are feeling extra saucy. Personally, I believe my KKW beauty kit slims down my face and leaves me with a refreshing look all day.
