Spring break is quickly approaching, which means it’s crunch time for college students. Everyone around campus has been hitting the gym and pumping some iron to look their best in their itty bitty bikini. Therefore, several individuals, including myself have created a strict gym schedule, eating well, and staying on top of their detox tea. Although, keep in mind that it is now socially acceptable to have cheat day… the military diet, weight-loss shakes, and the apple cider vinegar diet is SO overrated! Health-conscious celebs (Like my girl Khloe K), nutritionists and fitness experts have specified that one should eat in moderation.
Let’s get real. A donut won’t kill you. So, my girlfriends and I took a trip to one of the hottest bakeshops in Southeast Ohio called McHappy’s. This donut shop sells fresh, homemade pastries that are absolutely delicious and 100% a hangover cure on a Sunday morning. This tiny bakeshop is a hidden gem in Athens, and it doesn’t just provide tasty goodies but a perfect backdrop for a photo op.

What I’m Wearing
The sun was out to play on Sunday. Therefore, I didn’t hesitate to break out my favorite Express pearl embellished denim jacket and my white wrap skirt from LF Stores. With that being said, ditch the idea of “no white after Labor Day.” Become a rule breaker and start wearing winter white. Lately, I have been purchasing several winter white pieces that are great for the cold season. If you are looking to make a fashion statement, style these winter white pieces with a pop of color. For instance, I added a blush cross-body bag from Forever21 and a pinstripe button-up from H&M.
